History and Team Members
Adlucent was founded in 2007 by Michael Griffin, who was seeking better ways to understand and anticipate consumer shopping behavior. He remains at Adlucent as its founder and chief executive officer. Other members of Adlucent’s leadership team include Ashwani Dhar, the chief client officer; Tim Ozor, the vice president of engineering; and Tina Pace, the senior finance director.

Inc. 5000 recognized the company as one of the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States in 2008, 2009, 2013, and 2014.
