You know how some people engrave their company’s name into live cattle? Although this may not be your idea of branding it seems to denote the same ideology. A company’s brand should be easily recognizable and help to label a product or service. Yet to create something so recognizable would require a lot of study and practice. It might be helpful if you deconstruct existing brands to study what works and what doesn’t.
Great typography can often represent a logo all by itself – think about how easy it is to recognize the Coca-Cola letters. But pairing up some text with a catchy and relatable logo is the best way to draw attention and leave a searing impression that will last a lifetime(without the nauseating smell of burnt hide). In this post I’ve organized a handful of beautiful logos with unique typographic styles for individual & company branding.
